Workplace nutrition for UK teams

Nutrition sessions for UK teams, delivered by a dietitian registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Not a wellness agency, and not a productivity promise.

We work on two areas of clinical nutrition that sit outside most wellbeing programmes, because both need a registered clinician: women's health at work and digestive health at work.

These are clinical subjects. If what you need is general wellbeing, your existing provider will do it well. This is for the parts that need a registered clinician.

I - The two subjects we work on

Studio-Classica-Kajabi-Website-Template-NYC-CheckWomen's health at work: menopause and perimenopause, endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids. For employers of 250 or more, this is also where your equality action plan fits, and that is set out further down.

Studio-Classica-Kajabi-Website-Template-NYC-CheckDigestive health at work: IBS, coeliac disease, food allergy, and eating around medication, travel or shift patterns. Around one adult in ten lives with IBS, and at work it quietly decides travel, meetings, team meals and sick days.

Studio-Classica-Kajabi-Website-Template-NYC-CheckBoth need a registered clinician. That is the whole reason these two sit outside a general wellbeing programme. NICE reserves parts of this work to a professional with expertise in dietary management.

Studio-Classica-Kajabi-Website-Template-NYC-CheckWhat we are not: we are not an always-on benefit, we do not replace your cover or your platform, and we will not quote you a productivity figure.

II - How a session works
1- A 60 to 90 minute session, live

In person in London or online. Not a recording. Built on your workforce rather than a stock deck, and delivered by the same named clinician each time.

Enquire
2- A 30-minute planning call first

Once a date is agreed, we hold a short call with you or your wellbeing lead: your workforce, what's already in place, and what you'd like the session to cover. Everything after that is on us.

3- Time for questions

Which is usually where the value is. People ask the things they would never put in an email, and that is the part a recording cannot do.

Enquire
4- One-to-one consultation days

Thirty minutes per person, in person in London or online, with a personal written summary each employee takes away. They run alongside a session or on their own, and they are where a low FODMAP trial, a coeliac diagnosis or an allergy actually gets managed.

Enquire about consultation days
5- Confidential by construction

Individual conversations stay between us and the person. You receive attendance, never clinical detail about anyone.

6- Afterwards, a written summary

You get a summary you can circulate, so the people who couldn't attend still get something, and an attendance figure for your report, plus a summary of the themes your workforce raised.

Enquire
7- What we need from you

A room or a link, a date, one internal email, and thirty minutes of your time beforehand. That is the whole implementation.

8- No commitment beyond the date

There is no subscription and nothing to renew. If a single session works, the series is the natural next step. If it doesn't, you have paid for one session and nothing recurring.

III - Formats and fees

Sessions, series and one-to-one consultation days.
Series and consultation days

Series of three sessions over five weeks, online: £2,250. This is what we recommend. People test something between sessions, and that is where the change happens. A single session works if you want to start smaller.

One-to-one consultation days: £95 per person. Thirty minutes each, in person in London or online, with a personal written summary the employee takes away. Minimum ten people online, thirteen in person.

IV - Where this fits with your action plan

From spring 2027, employers with 250 or more staff will publish an equality action plan alongside their gender pay gap data, choosing at least two actions from the government's list of eighteen, at least one of which must support employees experiencing menopause. Plans can be published voluntarily from April 2026.

We are not one of those actions, and we won't pretend to be. What we do is help you deliver one.

If you've chosen an awareness or training action, the session is what delivers it: a date, a named registered clinician, and an attendance figure.

If you've chosen improved access to clinical support, the one-to-one days are what deliver that: your people get a real appointment, funded by you, not a phone line.

The two work together. The session tells everyone what's going on; the consultation days look after the people who need more than a session.

The guidance also expects you to track outcomes and review the plan. We give you an attendance figure and a summary of the themes your workforce raised: the evidence that the action was delivered, not just written down.

On the women's health side, that means menopause and perimenopause and what actually changes: bone health, the triggers worth identifying, and the supplements not worth buying. The government's own guidance invites employers to widen this to endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids, and those are ours too.

Your occupational health provider covers the rest. We deliver the nutrition part.

Digestive health at work

Around one adult in ten lives with IBS. At work it quietly decides travel, meetings, team meals and sick days, and almost nobody says so. It gets harder for the people who travel or work shifts, where neither the timing nor the menu is theirs to choose.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, which sets the clinical guidelines the NHS works to, is explicit that a low FODMAP diet should only be delivered by a healthcare professional with expertise in dietary management, and that someone whose symptoms persist after general advice should be referred to one.

That is a narrow, reserved piece of clinical work, and it is ours. The same is true of coeliac disease, food allergy, and eating around medication, travel or shift patterns.

Here the one-to-one days do most of the work. A session brings the subject into the open; the individual appointments are where a low FODMAP trial, a coeliac diagnosis or an allergy actually gets managed.

Why this and not a benefit

A benefit is always-on and passive. This is dated, it is in the room, and people turn up. It sits alongside whatever cover and platforms you already have rather than replacing them, and it does the one thing an always-on service cannot: it creates a moment your people put in the diary.

We won't quote you a productivity figure. The market runs on numbers nobody can evidence. What we will tell you is how many people came and what they asked about, and the second one is usually more useful than a percentage, because it tells you what your workforce is actually dealing with.

If your people are already covered and still asking questions nobody has answered, that is the gap this fills.
